Xander’s Arcade — Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Xander’s Arcade, including its website, accounts, games, apps, proxy tools, chat features, and any AI features that may become available. By using Xander’s Arcade, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Use Responsibly

Use Xander’s Arcade only for lawful purposes and in ways that respect other people and their rights.

You may not use the service to harass, threaten, defraud, exploit, or harm others; distribute unlawful or harmful content; interfere with the service or its security; attempt unauthorized access; or violate copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights.

You are responsible for your activity and must have permission to use the devices, accounts, and networks involved.

2. Accounts & Profiles

Keep your login information private and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Do not impersonate others, use infringing or abusive usernames or profile pictures, or post another person's private information without permission.

Usernames, profile pictures, and public statistics such as playtime, game counts, achievements, or leaderboard information may be visible to other users. Do not put private or sensitive information in your public profile.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, or are otherwise abusive.

3. Games, Apps & Third-Party Services

Games, apps, embedded content, and linked services may be provided or operated by third parties. They may have their own terms, privacy policies, age requirements, and content.

Xander’s Arcade does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability, security, accuracy, or functionality. Your use of them is at your own discretion.

4. Proxy Tools

Proxy tools may route requests to destinations you choose. Proxy use does not guarantee anonymity or privacy. Technical information may be processed by Xander’s Arcade, the destination, hosting providers, proxy providers, or other services involved in making the connection work.

Do not use proxy tools to access systems without authorization, bypass security measures, evade bans or access controls, attack services, or facilitate unlawful activity.

Access to a proxy does not grant permission to access a destination.

Avoid entering passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information into proxy sessions unless you understand the risks.

We may restrict or disable proxy access to address abuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or operational issues.

5. Your Content

You retain rights to content you submit, such as profile pictures, messages, or other material.

By submitting content, you allow Xander’s Arcade to host, store, display, and process it as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, moderate, and improve the features you use.

You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to submit your content.

6. Data & Privacy

Depending on the features you use, Xander’s Arcade may process account and sign-in information, usernames, profile pictures, gameplay statistics such as game names and playtime, last-online or presence information, and settings stored in your browser. Account profiles and gameplay statistics are handled through Supabase. Browser preferences and temporary proxy destinations may be stored in your browser.

When you use a proxy, the destination you choose and technical request information may pass through the site host, proxy transport, destination, and other providers needed to make the connection work. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Proxy use is not anonymous or private by default.

Information handling and retention can vary by feature and provider. This section is a general summary, not a complete privacy notice. Review any separate privacy information provided with a feature, especially before submitting personal information.

7. AI Features

If AI features become available, you are responsible for the prompts, files, and other content you submit and how you use the results.

Do not submit passwords, financial information, confidential material, sensitive personal information, or another person's private information.

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Verify important information independently and do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other high-stakes decisions.

AI features may use third-party providers. Applicable privacy information will explain what data is processed and how the feature operates.

8. Age & Child Safety

Use of Xander’s Arcade is subject to applicable age, parental-consent, and child-safety requirements.

Do not knowingly submit a child's personal information through an account, profile, proxy, chat, or AI feature unless any required authorization or consent has been obtained.

Third-party games and services may have their own age requirements, which you are responsible for following.

9. Availability & Account Actions

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including games, apps, proxies, chat, or AI features.

We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security concerns, abuse, legal requirements, or operational reasons.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every game, app, proxy, or AI feature will always work or remain available.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Xander’s Arcade is not responsible for third-party content or services, or for losses resulting from your use of games, apps, proxy tools, destinations, or AI-generated content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation of liability applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Xander’s Arcade changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest revision.

If you continue using the site after updated Terms take effect, your continued use is subject to the revised Terms.

Important Note

These Terms describe expectations for using Xander’s Arcade. Applicable privacy, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, and child-safety laws still apply.
